It is a wonderful time to be living in Peakhurst, a suburb known for its peaceful relaxing environment, surrounded by neighbouring bushland. With a wide selection of Catholic schools, it makes a good choice for a place to raise a family.

Our Lady of Fatima Peakhurst, was established in 1966 and continues to be  a vibrant and active worshiping community. our parish was directed  in the words of Cardinal Clancy, “I am asking you to blaze a path along which many other parishes are expected to follow in the years to come.”,  as he annexed Our Lady of Fatima with St Declan’s Penshurst in 1986. The faithful parishioners took on the call of the Holy Spirit and continue to spread the Gospel of Jesus in the Peakhurst community today.

Many people have contributed to the smooth running of our parish over the years under the guidance of our priests and we are grateful for their hard work and devotion.

In the words of Pope Francis, “Sometimes we know what we have to do, but lack the courage to do it. Let us learn from Mary how to make decisions, trusting in the Lord.”. We are excited to take up this challenge, as we journey together as a faith-filled community, striving to spread the good news of Jesus through the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima.
