Catholic Women's League

Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1:30pm in the Parish Centre.

Fundraising events are held throughout the year so we can donate funds to our nominated charities and projects.

We knit rugs for the “Wrap with Love” project.

Our members also enjoy social functions and luncheons and visits to local churches of other denominations for their special days.

When needed, our members provide assistance in the homes of local families in the preparation of meals, etc.

Parish News

In The Catholic Wild West

Mary-Anne Gordon could be the new face of Catholicism. With few Priests available to do the work, she travels the length of the Wilcannia-Forbes diocese in rural NSW hatching, matching, dispatching & providing pastoral care. Compass (on ABC) explores the interface between religion and life as experienced by individuals and communities - from ordinary Australians, public leaders, religious thinkers and philosophers. Our parish is Lending A Hand to the drought-stricken diocese.
